Q.Who is SoldOutRooms.com?
A.SoldOutRooms.com is a subsidiary of Wharf Travel Services, Inc., an accredited travel agency, [IATA/ ARC# 49901762] providing sports travel since 1989.
Q.How do I make a reservation?
A.Reservations are confirmed through our website. Add the property selected to the shopping cart. When you check-out, fill out the billing information required to process your order.
Q.How do you use my personal information? [Privacy Notice]
A.We only use the information you provide to process and send confirmation of your reservations. We will never share your personal information with any other company...ever.
Q.Is SoldOutRooms.com a secure website?
A.For your protection, our site is secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption and security technology. When ordering, SSL technology encrypts all of your personal information so that it cannot be read by anyone as it travels over the Internet.
Q.Can I make the reservations for more/fewer nights?
A.Our hotel contracts require a minimum night stay. You may stay anytime during the nights reserved, but we are unable to offer a refund or credit for unused nights. Additional pre or post night stays may be available, upon request.
Q.Am I able to request a smoking or non-smoking room?
A.At order check-out, you may indicate a preference for a smoking or non-smoking room. Requests are submitted to the hotel, but not guaranteed by SoldOutRooms.com, as it is up to the hotel to honor your request.
Q.What happens after I make a reservation through SoldOutRooms.com?
A.Once we receive your order, we process your payment and send you confirmation of your reservations. When you arrive at the hotel, check-in under your name. The room and tax will be pre-paid, but incidental charges billed to your room during your stay (i.e. parking, movies, restaurant and bar bills, etc.) must be paid directly to the hotel.
Q.What is your cancellation penalty? [Terms & Conditions]
A.Because of the "Sold Out" nature of rooms for premier sports events, our hotel contracts require non-refundable full payment in advance. Therefore, we are unable to offer you a refund if you cancel your reservation.
Q.Do you offer trip cancellation insurance? [Cancellation Insurance]
A.We do offer travel insurance which would allow cancellation due to medical or certain unforeseen reasons. You may use the link on our website to receive a quote and purchase insurance.
Q.Can I receive information on upcoming events?
A.When you become a member, you may choose to receive Event Updates. By electing to receive Event Updates, you will be sent priority notification of when properties become available for future sports events and occasional promotional offers.
Q.If I no longer wish to receive Event Updates, can I unsubscribe? [Unsubscribe]
A.You may unsubscribe from receiving Event Updates 24/7 by logging into our website and changing your account preferences. Requests are processed immediately.
Q.Can I talk to a live operator?
A.Yes, a sales representative can be reached toll free at 800-322-6913 between 9 a.m - 6 p.m. Monday - Friday EST to answer questions and assist you.
Q.To which sports events do you sell rooms?
A.We always have rooms for the Super Bowl, Final Four, Masters Golf Tournament, NBA All-Star Game, Daytona 500, Kentucky Derby, NFL Pro Bowl, Indy 500, Baseball All-Star Game, US Open Golf Tournament, Preakness, Belmont Stakes as well as the BCS National Championship and College Bowl Games. Please contact us if you do not see the properties listed for these and/or other events.
